This policy explains what information The Cleaner CRM ("we", "us") collects through this website and what we do with it. It does not cover use of the CRM product itself, which is governed by your service agreement.

- Demo and pricing requests: name, company name, email, phone, business type, number of cleaners, current system, message, and any campaign parameters (UTMs) carried from the link you arrived on.
- Usage data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and, where enabled, privacy-respecting analytics.
- Cookies: only what is needed to function unless you consent to analytics or marketing cookies.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your request and arrange a walkthrough.
- To prepare a quote based on your team size and requirements.
- To improve this website.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site and contact you, under appropriate agreements.

Where the UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and running our website.
4. Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up and for a reasonable record-keeping period, then delete or anonymise them.
