From a shared spreadsheet to an operating system
We ran the office of a growing cleaning company: enquiries on three phones, a rota rebuilt every Friday, payments chased by memory, and no clear answer to "where did that booking come from?".
We built the tools to fix our own week - a real pipeline, scheduling that respected holidays, subscription tracking, activity logs so we could see who changed what. Other cleaning businesses asked for it. The Cleaner CRM is that system, made general enough for any cleaning company and specific enough to still feel built for the trade.
